We are seeking an experienced Senior Internal IT Manager to take full ownership of our internal technology landscape. This is a critical, hands-on role designed for an expert who thrives on process improvement, governance, and maintaining a secure, highly efficient employee technology experience.

What You'll Be Responsible For

As the Senior Internal IT Manager, you will manage all aspects of Internal IT, focusing on strategy, governance, vendor management, and continuous improvement. Your core responsibilities, informed by our internal structure, will include:

We believe great technology should make people’s work easier, not harder. As our Senior Internal IT Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind that goal. You’ll take ownership of all things Internal IT: strategy, systems, vendors, and security. You’ll keep our people productive, our tools sharp, and our environment secure.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and optimize internal IT processes, budget, and tooling strategy to keep our systems efficient, secure, and scalable.

  • Act as the main contact for our IT vendors (like L’Comp), ensuring service quality, cost-effectiveness, and smooth collaboration.

  • Oversee our core internal platforms — from Google Workspace and Bitwarden to Personio integrations and AWS access — ensuring seamless onboarding, access control, and compliance.

  • Forecast and manage the internal IT budget, overseeing the acquisition of all IT hardware, software licenses, and services to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely renewals.

  • Keep our global teams connected and secure through MDM, SSO, and strong IAM practices.

  • Partner with teams across the business to deliver smart, scalable IT solutions that enable everyone to work better.

  • Work hand in hand with our Security team to enforce best practices, manage incidents, and safeguard our digital environment.

What You Bring to Lepaya

  • 7+ years of hands-on and strategic experience in Internal IT Management, IT Operations, or a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced scale-up environment.

  • Proven administrative mastery and governance experience with the following platforms:

    • Google Workspace (Admin Console)

    • Identity and Access Management (SSO/SAML/OAuth) implementation.

    • Cloud Infrastructure fundamentals (AWS - specific to internal services).

  • Expertise in developing and managing ITIL-based processes (Incident, Request, Change, Asset Management).

  • Strong experience with device management processes and solutions, including assets in multiple countries.

  • Exceptional communication, vendor management, and negotiation skills. The ability to articulate complex technical issues to non-technical staff is vital.

  • A track record of successfully implementing and enforcing IT security policies in close partnership with the Security team.

  • Nice-to-have:

    • Familiarity with Bitwarden or similar enterprise password management tools.

    • Microsoft Office 365 environment (License management, Azure AD concepts)
