In our journey to becoming the #1 upskilling service for companies like ING, Dell and L’oréal, we are building a Global Brand Team that will enable Lepaya to win the hearts and minds of already existing and most importantly, potential customers. However, brands cannot live without creating inspiring experiences, and to bring our brand to life across every touchpoint, we’re looking for a Marketing Intern - a creative, hands-on, and curious all-rounder who will support our brand through engaging content, digital campaigns, and inspiring live experiences.
What you’ll bring
Currently studying a Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing or Communication
Brave, you enjoy learning new things and gaining new knowledge
Tech Savvy, Google Suite, Zoom, AI tools and social media have no secrets for you
Can-do mindset and proactive, you are solutions-driven
Creative and detail-oriented
Proactive and independent in your work, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Communication skills in Dutch, German, or French are a plus.
Availability to work full-time, and come to our Amsterdam office 3 days a week
Your achievements
Support Lepaya’s Brand & Marketing Team in creating engaging content, executing campaigns, and bringing our brand to life through digital and in-person experiences.
Contribute to Lepaya’s content and social media strategy by creating and updating marketing materials, web content, and posts that enhance our online presence.
Support website maintenance and the Knowledge Hub to improve user experience and visibility.
Conduct research to inspire new content topics and strengthen Lepaya’s thought leadership.
Assist in the planning and coordination of events — from webinars and community meetups to major conferences — ensuring smooth logistics and team alignment.
Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Sales, Product) to support campaign execution and post-event follow-ups.
You’ll be mentored by the Senior Brand Marketing Manager and gain hands-on experience across all areas of marketing.
