At Lepaya, we're entering an exciting new phase of predictable, sustainable growth. While we’re not in high-volume hiring mode, our needs are diverse and ever-changing - from sales and marketing to tech, product, and client delivery. That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Recruiter to join our People Team and become the go-to partner for our hiring managers across the business. Whether it's jumping on a sudden replacement role, sourcing a niche profile, or guiding a manager through their first hire, you'll be the one making it all feel seamless. You’ll join a small but mighty team that values collaboration, speed, and a good laugh along the way.

You’ll get to shape how we hire, work closely with a variety of teams, and help ensure that each new Lepayan is not just the right fit on paper, but the right fit for our culture.

What you’ll bring

  • 2-4 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced or scaling environment

  • Proven success in hiring for a variety of roles (sales, tech, marketing, product, etc.)

  • Confidence in working with hiring managers, advising them and challenging when needed

  • Experience using an ATS (Personio knowledge = big bonus!)

  • Hands-on sourcing skills and comfort with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter

  • A proactive, adaptable mindset - you thrive in ambiguity and can switch gears quickly

  • A team-first attitude and a sense of humor - because we work hard, but have fun doing it

  • Availability for 24 hr. per week - this is a part-time role


Your first-year achievements

  • Successfully closed 6-10 key hires across different teams, balancing replacement roles and new strategic additions

  • Built trust with hiring managers from multiple departments, becoming a valued partner in their hiring process

  • Improved our talent pipeline quality by proactively sourcing and engaging high-potential candidates

  • Helped optimize our internal hiring process - spotting gaps, suggesting improvements, and implementing small changes that make an impact

  • Brought fresh energy and a collaborative spirit to our team, helping us maintain a high bar and fun vibes
