As Lepaya continues to grow, our current priority is steering the company towards an even stronger financial position by balancing growth and efficiency. Therefore we are looking for a self-motivated Sales & Revenue Ops Manager to maintain our efficiency and meet long-term business needs. You will collaborate with revenue commercial teams to proactively identify business and process improvement needs, optimize workflows, roadmaps, and system design, and advise commercial teams based on insights. Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing and managing data quality and validation programs to ensure efficient information flow and improve data accuracy.
What we’re looking for
8+ years of experience in sales and/or revenue operations, in a high- growth international environment
Capabilities to support the day-to-day operations that help sales teams perform better
Eager to support a business model evolution
Proactive self-starter with the ability and willingness to own and drive (cross-functional) projects and implement changes
Excellent quantitative capabilities and analytical mindset, ability to think strategically, solve problems and turn data into insights
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of Tableau, Google Sheets, Salesforce and relevant tech stack is a big plus
What you’ll achieve in your first year
Be a key pillar of the commercial leadership team that realizes the growth targets for 2025 & accelerate the transition to a fully recurring business model
Be the go-to-person, next to proactively advise the commercial team on opportunity management, prioritization and pricing
Continuously optimize O2C data quality and reporting, incl. a consistent and single-source of truth data-flow through all tech stack (currently e.g. Lusha, Apollo, SalesForce, Amalia, Tableau and ultimately Exact on the finance side)
Managing compensation plans for the commercial organization
Managing the sales data, creating sales reports, setting goals and creating revenue forecasts.
Maintaining & optimizing the pricing books
X-team collaboration with Sales Enablement to ensure new processes are ingrained in the organization
