At Lepaya, we help professionals and organizations grow through impactful Power Skills training. As a Customer Success Intern, you’ll work closely with our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to improve how we engage with our clients, optimize internal processes, and contribute to strategic projects.

You'll be part of an international, fast-paced environment, working with various Enterprise & Multinational companies, and contributing to projects that enhance customer success strategies.

What you’ll bring

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., Business, Psychology, Communication, HR, or similar).

  • Fluent in English and French (required).

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Analytical mindset with an interest in process optimization and client experience.

  • A proactive attitude—you enjoy taking initiative and working in a fast-paced team.

  • Previous experience in a startup/scale-up environment is a plus.


By the end of your internship, you will have:

  • Supported key client engagements, ensuring a seamless customer journey.

  • Contributed to strategic process improvements, optimizing efficiency within the team.

  • Helped analyze customer data and feedback, leading to actionable insights.

  • Played a role in onboarding initiatives, supporting the adoption of our learning solutions.
