In our mission to become the #1 upskilling service for leading companies like ING, Dell, Freudenberg, and Picnic, Lepaya is expanding its Sales Team with a dynamic group of Business Development Representatives. We’re building a 4-person BDR team to help us break into enterprise and midmarket accounts, uncover new opportunities, and create connections that drive meaningful business impact.
This role focuses on the French market and is perfect for natural networkers who thrive on understanding complex organizations, building relationships, and spotting opportunities. Whether it's large enterprise clients like Unilever and P&G or fast-growing midmarket companies, you’ll play a critical role in turning prospects into meaningful partnerships.

Working closely with Account Executives, you’ll focus on two key academies—First-Time Leaders and Commercial Teams—to win opportunities. Over the next four weeks, your activities might include:

- Engaging with HR/L&D specialists to understand how learning and development are structured within target accounts.
- Collaborating with the Marketing Team to create a modern outreach strategy for maximum impact.
- Meeting senior managers and directors to gain insights into their business challenges and existing solutions.
- Identifying and qualifying potential projects where Lepaya’s solutions could add value.
- Organizing and participating in introduction meetings alongside account directors.
You come up with smart ideas on how to identify new opportunities and how to approach potential customers. In this you work closely with marketing, but also with other Lepayans who can potentially give you access to new stakeholders within the accounts.
What you’ll bring
- A true networker

- 1 year of experience in a commercial role, preferably in B2B sales, marketing, or business development.
- Fluency in French & English
- A team player who is buzzing with ideas and energy
- Someone who does not give up and feels comfortable reaching out to buying personas up to the director level
- Increase Lepaya's market share by generating and qualifying warm leads through (potential) customer contact by email, telephone, events and through networking and networks of others
- Identifying the needs and wishes of prospects and customers and how we can best fulfill them
- Identifying opportunities for Lepaya and developing them into concrete plans;
- Increasing Lepaya's brand awareness
- Contribute to the improvement of our account strategies
