Your primary focus will be driving new business growth in the Dutch market by building and managing a pipeline of mid-market accounts. We are looking for motivated and results-driven sales professionals with a strong hunter mindset and the ability to build meaningful relationships with mid-market clients. In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle—from identifying and prospecting opportunities to closing deals and providing exceptional experiences. By delivering value from day one, you’ll establish a solid foundation for long-term partnerships, and get the chance to own the account through its first year.

What you’ll bring
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in EdTech or HR, with a strong track record in business development and closing deals.
- Ability to manage pipelines for companies from 250 up to 2.5k FTE, with an average deal size of €30-50K, a 3–4 months sales cycle, and work with at least 10 active deals at a time.
- Familiar with the MEDDIC approach and experienced in using Salesforce for pipeline and deal management.
- Tech-savvy, results-driven, and motivated to exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex solutions clearly to all stakeholders.
- Fluent in German and English
- Drive business development by acquiring and closing new medium-sized business accounts, contributing to the growth of Lepaya's mid-market segment.
- Independently manage a portfolio of clients, generating up to €800k in annual revenue.
- Build and nurture relationships with HR and L&D professionals (e.g., L&D Managers, HR Managers, and CHROs) to position Lepaya as a trusted partner in upskilling employees.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, addressing their needs and ensuring exceptional satisfaction and impactful results.
- Clearly articulate Lepaya's value proposition through compelling verbal and written communication, tailoring your approach to resonate with mid-market audiences.
- Partner with internal teams to align client needs with Lepaya's product roadmap, leveraging market insights to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Provide regular updates on your sales activities, client progress, and forecasts to the Sales Manager, maintaining transparency and alignment with team goals.
