What you’ll bring
- 1-2 years experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role in HR department-related fields
- Passion for people & outstanding communication skills
- Demonstrate affinity with candidate sourcing and recruitment techniques
- Preferable familiarity with sourcing tools and HR systems (we use Personio)
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations and fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (German or French is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree
Your first-year achievements
- Successfully build and maintain a robust pipeline of top-tier candidates for key positions
- Provide an increased number of sourced hirers
- Excel in lead generation by leveraging in-depth knowledge of relevant job boards, platforms, social media, and other (online) channels specific to various industries and roles
- Actively participate in the hiring process, from initial candidate outreach to offer acceptance
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
- Implement data-driven approaches to track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and source effectiveness, optimizing sourcing strategies accordingly
- Establish strong relationships with the team, hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Contribute to the overall improvement of the recruitment process through feedback and suggestions
- Help to promote our employer brand online and offline
