We're hiring a proactive Senior Strategic Account Manager in the Netherlands to join our Finance industry team. You'll handle large multinational clients, driving Lepaya's success through strategic planning, relationship management, and consultative sales.

Your responsibilities include scoping projects and deals, setting milestones and timelines, and creating strategic customer plans to enhance results, alongside your focus on new business growth and churn management. Importantly, you won't be working alone – our collaborative team is dedicated to maximizing individual and collective potential through mutual assistance and support. An example is a solutions team dedicated to helping you provide the best, state-of-the-art solutions to any client needs you have identified.

What you’ll bring 

  • Min 5+ years of experience as a Strategic Account Manager (SAM) in a Consulting, Psychometrics, L&D, or similar industry 

  • Demonstrated success in business development and/or building and nurturing relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

  • Coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Affinity with the learning & development landscape

  • Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions that positively impact the business

  • Outreach and conversion experience

  • Knowledge of the industry, market trends, and customer needs

  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving revenue targets and strategic objectives

  • Fluent in English and German, Dutch is a nice to have

  • Located in Germany, preferably in Berlin or Munich, close to our Lepaya office


Your first-year achievements

  • Bring in 1 - 1.5M EUR in new bookings for impacting upskilling solutions at clients between 2.5 - 20k employees, across Western Europe and your (sub)industry

  • Leverage your & others’ networks to open doors in the Finance industry

  • Establish and monitor performance metrics for your territory

  • Become an expert in your territory for your customer's sector, providing expert advice on complex decisions

  • Propose and implement strategies to address problems affecting your team, gaining buy-in for solutions

  • Proactively identify and tackle future issues before they escalate

  • Manage expectations, and articulate reasons for project or timeline changes

  • Actively plan and align complex projects and strategic communications to deliver Lepaya's goals
