Lepaya is seeking an experienced Software Engineer with web and mobile experience to join our Learner Squad. Focus on enhancing the client’s employee journey, measuring skill application, and behavior change through our technologies. Lead product delivery by planning, designing, and implementing high-quality software. Maintain and refactor legacy code as needed.

What we’re looking for
  • 5+ years of experience in developing robust production-level applications, preferably in the B2B segment.
  • 5+ years of experience with mobile apps and frontend web applications. Flutter experience is a plus.
  • Basic backend development experience.
  • Strong background in automated testing, preferably TDD.
  • Fluent in English with clear and effective communication skills.
  • Team player with cross-functional collaboration skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and leadership qualities.


What you’ll achieve in your first year
  • Develop and deliver high-quality, scalable software aligned with strategic goals within the learner persona product squad.
  • Focus primarily on our mobile app written in Flutter and frontend-related projects, such as our design system, while also handling less complex backend tasks.
  • Work across the stack using Flutter, TypeScript, NestJS, React, PostgreSQL, and Terraform on AWS infrastructure.
  • Write flexible, efficient, and clean code that is well-tested.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to elevate the learner experience.
  • Advocate for and implement improvements in processes, product quality, security, and performance.
  • Contribute to the development and growth of your team.
