Lepaya is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Strategic Account Manager to join our team. In this role you will manage accounts within the Logistics and Energy industry and contribute to Lepaya's overall success through strategic business planning, relationship management, and consultative selling. You will scope projects and deals, define them into milestones and timeframes. This will result in developing a strategic customer plan that positively impacts results. Next to your drive to contribute to growth and manage churns effectively, you will also deliver revenue through effective deals and strategic customer management. This, you will not do alone. You will have a great team behind you. Every team member is responsible to help and support. We love to get the best out of each other by helping and supporting each other. Because of the experience you bring with you, you will coach and mentor the sales team and lift them to the next level.


What you’ll bring 
  • Min 6+ years of experience as a Strategic Account Manager (SAM) in a Logistic, Energy industry or similar industry.
  • Strong collaboration , communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven affinity with the learning & development landscape
  • Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions that positively impact the business.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving revenue targets, forecasting  and strategic objectives.
  • Fluent in French and English.

Your first year achievements
  • Bring in 1-2M EUR new bookings for impacting upskilling solutions at clients between 2.5 - 20k employees, across Western Europe and your (sub)industry;
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics for your territory.
  • Be the go-to expert in your territory for your customer's sector, providing expert advice on complex decisions.
  • Proactively identify and tackle future issues before they escalate.
  • Manage expectations, and articulate reasons for project or timeline changes.
  • Actively plan and align complex projects and strategic communications to deliver Lepaya's goals.
