Customer Success Manager (Dutch Speaking)

To ensure we keep building long lasting & impactful partnerships with our new & existing customers, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager with experience, preferably in Learning and Development (L&D) or EdTech industries. As a strategic partner, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our key clients by driving impactful learning experiences and fostering long-term relationships. You will be part of an industry team within the commercial organization, together with sales colleagues.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Education, Psychology).
  • 5+ years of experience, preferably at a SaaS or fast-paced company in Learning and Development or EdTech, with a focus on strategic account management.
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and achieving planned delivery and NPS targets.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch

Your first year achievements
  • Strategic Client Conversations:
    • Engage in high-level discussions with key stakeholders to understand their organizational objectives and challenges
    • Leverage deep industry knowledge to provide strategic insights and solutions that align with client goals.
  • Account Management:
    • Oversee a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for running training programs and advocate for the client within Lepaya.
    • Develop and execute account plans to drive product adoption and achieve customer success metrics.
  • Drive impact:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor learning programs to meet each client's needs, ensuring maximum impact on their business outcomes.
    • Measure and analyze success metrics, conduct evaluation meetings and QBR’s and advise clients  on how to improve the impact of our programs.
  • Renewals and Opportunities for upselling: 
    • Proactively identify opportunities for account expansion and renewal, driving revenue growth while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Sales, Onboarding & Implementation, Operations, Product, and Portfolio teams to align customer success strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Continuously optimize our internal processes to work most effectively and at scale as our customer base grows
